Great evening burst
I take Ashwagandha in the evenings to help reduce stress and promote better, more restful sleep and it ticks every box! I have been under extreme stress for quite some time now, but wanted something natural to help boost mood and ease anxiety. Ashwagandha has been an immense help to me. Life game changer
Ashwagandha has literally changed my life! I am a mother of 3 children, a wife and work 5 days a week with long hours dealing with customer service. AMAZING!
I honestly love Ashwagandha so much. It's helped greatly with hormonal balance and sleep, but the biggest benefit for me personally has been the stress relief! I used to take OB's Ashwagandha every morning previously, but didn't consciously realise the benefits it had on stress until this time. Just a few days ago, I started suffering from intense stomach pains due to stress, so I decided to take Ashwagandha and after just one serving, my stomach pains had completely gone! Disappeared! I love it. It helps me relax at night when I take it before bedtime. It helps me sleep better. I feel refresh in the morning. I have the powder and pills. I take my powder at night with my tea. It tastes good.
