Natural Fertility Support
Maca is an adaptogenic root used in Peru for centuries to support fertility in both men and women - in fact it is traditionally given to newly-weds. It nourishes the pituitary gland - the master regulator of all hormones - helping the body produce reproductive hormones at the right levels. Maca also helps lower elevated stress hormones, which is one of the biggest barriers to conception.

If these stories resonate, you might be on a similar path
Fertility often comes down to hormonal balance, stress levels, and the health of both partners' reproductive systems. Sperm and eggs take 2-3 months to fully mature - so the choices you make today directly shape your chances of conceiving. When hormones are out of sync, it can affect ovulation, sperm count and motility, cycle regularity, and the overall conditions for conception.
Does any of this sound like you?
- You have been trying to conceive for months without success
- Your cycle is irregular, unpredictable, heavy, or painful
- Stress has been high and you worry it is affecting your chances
- You are concerned about sperm count, motility, or male reproductive health
- You have been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, or a hormonal condition
- Your libido has dropped and your relationship is feeling the pressure
- You have experienced a miscarriage and want to strengthen your next attempt
- You want to naturally prepare your body before starting to try
This is more common than you think. And it is not your fault.
Fertility challenges affect roughly 1 in 6 couples worldwide. Stress, nutrient gaps, hormonal imbalances, sleep disruption, and environmental factors can all reduce your chances of conceiving, whether the issue sits with the woman, the man, or both.
That is why it can feel like you are doing everything right and still not getting the result you want.
Time to support the body from the inside
Quick fixes and timing apps can only go so far. For fertility support that results in successfully conceiving and a healthy pregnancy, it is vital to help the body manage stress, balance reproductive hormones, and create the right internal conditions for conception.
Healthy fertility starts inside the body.
To create the best chances of conceiving, it is important to nourish the endocrine system, support hormone balance in both partners, promote healthy ovulation and sperm production, and help the body handle stress so it can prioritise reproduction.
Where Maca comes in
Maca supports the body's natural hormone-balancing pathways, helping both men and women create the optimal internal environment for fertility. It nourishes the pituitary gland, supports reproductive hormone production, and provides powerful nutrients that promote healthy reproductive function in both sexes.
How Maca Supports Fertility
Nourishes the pituitary gland to support reproductive hormone balance
The pituitary gland controls the release of FSH and LH - the hormones that regulate ovulation in women and testosterone and sperm production in men. Maca nourishes this master gland, helping the body produce reproductive hormones at the levels needed, without adding external hormones.
Maca works with your natural hormone production, not against it - it does not contain its own hormones, unlike some herbs and plants.
Lowers cortisol so the body can prioritise reproduction
When stress hormones remain elevated, the body deprioritises reproductive function entirely. In women this disrupts ovulation. In men it reduces sperm quality. Maca has been shown in studies to significantly reduce elevated cortisol (International Journal of Biomedical Science, 2006), redirecting energy back toward reproductive health.
Lower cortisol also reduces excess insulin - a key driver of PCOS, hormonal fat, and cycle disruption.
Supports cycle regularity and healthy ovulation in women
Irregular or absent cycles, heavy periods, painful cramps, and anovulation are among the most common barriers to conception. By improving hormonal communication between the brain and ovaries, Maca helps restore regular ovulation and normalize the menstrual cycle - including in cases of PCOS and endometriosis.
Many women begin to notice improvements within their first one to two cycles.
Improves sperm count, motility, and quality in men
The male element accounts for roughly half of all fertility challenges, yet it is often overlooked. Maca supports healthy testosterone production and has been shown to improve sperm count and motility - giving both partners the best possible chance.
Ideally both partners take Maca daily, as sperm take 2-3 months to fully mature.

Bye-bye Endometriosis!
After years of an unregulated cycle, mood swings, and super heavy periods (hospitalized twice), I was finally diagnosed with severe Endometriosis. At the age of 32 I was advised the only cure was pregnancy or birth control. Neither was an option, hence my discovery of Maca. Six months later my Endometriosis was gone and I have been regular ever since!

Maca is a game changer
I've been taking Maca from Organicburst for years now. It has helped me so much with regulating my hormones. I take it with Ashwagandha everyday, it helps so much with period cramping.
I happened to recommend this to a friend who was struggling with miscarriages and pregnancy, and she started a daily regimen, she was pregnant in less than a year. She also mentioned how well it balanced her, and that her boyfriend said she wasn't allowed to stop taking it. 🤣

This is a fantastic product, I've been taking it for a couple of years, I believe this product helped regulate my periods and help me get pregnant. I struggled for years and as soon as I started to take it, it became regular and I was pregnant soon after.
