I Have been using it for a while now and it shows. my hair is healthier and nails are stronger. I take 4 tablets in the morning to help with my workout. Good source of protein. We had a very traumatic Christmas with mum in hospital and I found myself 3 months later and 5 kilos heavier. I knew it was cortisol belly, stress related, not eating properly.
